Spinach Artichoke Dip 🍥

Ingredients:
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c mayo (NOT MIRICLE WHIP)
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 3 minced garlic cloves (I do more)
- 20 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 jars artichoke hearts, drained
Steps:
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese, mayo, water, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. With a hand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy.
- Drain the artichoke hearts in a mesh strainer and cut into more manageable size pieces with kitchen shears. Add to the bowl.
- Press the thawed chopped spinach in the mesh strainer to remove excess water. Add to the bowl.
- Fold the artichoke hearts and spinach into the smooth creamyness in the bowl until evenly mixed.
- Pour into the crockpot for 1-2 hours on low.
- 15 minutes before serving, stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue on low.
- Serve and enjoy!
